Galaxy Digital gets approval for Bahamas subsidiary amid rising US regulatory uncertainty

Galaxy Bahamas received approval from the Securities Commission of The Bahamas in December for registration as a digital asset business under the Digital Assets and Registered Exchanges Act, 2020.
