Mike “Beeple” Winkelmann, a non-fungible token (NFT) artist, has once again become the target of phishing attacks. He has issued a warning to users, claiming that the URL connection to his official Discord server has been hacked, bringing uninformed new members to a channel that drains their wallets. The NFT artist criticized Discord for “being garbage” in a tweet on October 3, cautioning people against using it for verification since it will “drain your funds.” it appears our discord URLs were hacked to point to a fraudulent discord.
