XRP Whales Bullish, Ramping Up Accumulation in Recent Weeks

Over the past five weeks, addresses known as "whales" on the $XRP Ledger have boosted their holdings dramatically, moving from 16.7% to 18.3% of the total supply (or between $39,000 and $3.9 million).
